Why Presentable

People around us are so well dressed so presentable. Most of them are wearing a nice and descent smiling mask to hide their real face reflecting their anger, compromises n pain. They meet with each other shaking hands with a fake smile and showing they are so happy. They are so social so they follow rules.
My question is if they are soo happy then why they try to be happy. Every time I see them i feel very few of them are presentable by nature, most of them are are painting their faces wearing weird dresses to raise their prices!!!

Now you are thinking that I am crazy! But it's not...
Most of the people around us are bidding them self to fulfill their mental and physical thirst.
